- Form data: name, phone/WhatsApp, email, hotel, request content.
- WhatsApp data: phone number, profile name, conversation content.
- Browsing data: technical browser data; for internal statistics IPs are stored only pseudonymised (SHA-256).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling requests and organising services: pre-contractual measures — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Promotional communications: only with express optional consent — Art. 6(1)(a), revocable at any time.
- Internal pseudonymised statistics: legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f).
- Legal obligations (tax, accounting): Art. 6(1)(c).
4. Retention
- Request data: up to 24 months from last contact.
- Tax/accounting data: 10 years.
- Marketing: until consent withdrawal.
- Statistics: 12 months.
5. Recipients
Only as necessary: suppliers of requested services, the hotel you indicate, the Controller’s advisors, IT providers as processors (Art. 28 GDPR). Data is never sold or disseminated.
6. Transfers outside the EU
WhatsApp (Meta) may transfer data to third countries under the provider’s safeguards (Arts. 45-46 GDPR). Fonts load from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA), covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
7. Your rights
Under Arts. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal — contact the Controller. Complaints: Italian DPA (www.garanteprivacy.it).
8. Minors
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data of persons under 18.
